Opportunity

The client was previously using quickbooks before making the switch to Acumatica. They were looking for greater visibility across their business from their ERP, including in their inventory, shipping, and accounting. The company was also looking to synchronize their ERP with Shopify.

Solution

Logan Consulting implemented the Logan methodology for the client to ensure they harnessed the power of Acumatica. Beyond Logan’s methodology, Logan experts also designed the product configurator within Acumatica and Shopify to help keep the client’s website organized. This configurator allows customers to select different variations of the same product without creating a new Item ID on the client’s side. This eliminates the need for a large item master to keep the organization’s manufacturing organized and straightforward.

The Results

Acumatica helped the client scale their business while increasing their visibility in their inventory, shipments, and purchasing. Additionally, the ERP’s product configurator and integration with Shopify allowed for a higher level of specialization for customers of the client. Acumatica will help the client maintain accurate inventory costs, as it provides them with a better understanding of the costs to produce a finished product.
