The Essentials edition of Dynamics 365 Business Central is $70/user per month and includes complete Financial functionality Distribution functionality and Project Accounting/Job functionality. There is no limit to the number of users you can have, but you cannot combine Premium and Essentials in the same deployment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Pricing – Team Members
