Acumatica has a unique pricing model in that it is not user based. Acumatica is priced by the functionality needed and the resources or volume of transactions. Acumatica On-Premises Pricing
Acumatica on-premises pricing is available, but is the least attractive of the pricing models. Amongst our client and the overall Acumatica client base less than 20% of clients deploy on-premises.
Acumatica Cloud Pricing
Acumatica Cloud pricing can start as low as $6,000 per year for smaller organizations. A typical mid-market company would spend $15,000 to $40,000 per year based on the functionality needed (Financials, Distribution, Project Accounting, Manufacturing) and the estimated volume of transactions processed each month. Remember it is not user based so for organizations needing ten users and up Acumatica can be a good fit.
Cloud Deployment – Partner Hosted – Acumatica
If you want to rent Acumatica and have another hosting partner host the licenses for you than this model is a good fit. The pricing under this model will be less than the standard Cloud Pricing listed above, but you still must have another cloud service available to host the licenses. This model is a good fit for an organization that already has a good relationship with a hosting provider and simply wants to add Acumatica to the mix.
