Customer Engagement Plan licenses are $115 per user per month. Customer Engagement Plan offers all of the suites of Dynamics CRM including Sales, Marketing, Service, Professional Service Automation and Field Service. Customer Engagement Plan is a great solution for organizations required a CRM system and have strong custom service, project accounting or field service needs and want an integrated solution for each of these needs.

Relationship Sales licenses are $135 per user per month. Relationship Sales is best for Sales and Relationship Sales managers looking for seamless integration with Linkedin Sales Navigator. In addition, unlimited users, customizations, dashboards and workflows are available.
