The Opportunity

The Client was looking to implement Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to increase the visibility across their organization in order to increase their accuracy and efficiency.

The Solution

Logan experts assisted the clients in implementing Business Central through the Logan methodology. This included scoping, training users, and design sessions. Logan assisted the client in designing the assemble to order processes in Business Central, a tool to help them build new materials with each order.

After design, Logan built out the customer facing documents, including the income statement and the balance sheet. Logan assisted the client in the conference room pilot before the client implemented Business Central as their official ERP system.

The Results

Logan assisted the client in improving their overall visibility in their business. This visibility that was added through Business Central included information on their inventory, customer information, sales orders, and more. Additionally, the client was looking for integration with Office 365 to improve their efficiency.
