Microsoft Dynamics GP is a popular on-premise ERP solution. Each October, GP releases new updates to their solution. In this blog, we will discuss three new features from the newest update, and how they can help your business.
Letter Writing Assistant for HR Letters
Microsoft GP has added new templates for your letter writing to help you save time. They have added “All Skills and Tests,” with the options of “Expiring Skills and Tests,” “Expiring Skills,” and “Expiring Tests.” This will help your HR team eliminate repetitive tasks. Check out the sample letter below:
Letter Writing Assistant Collection Final Notice
GP has also added another letter writing feature for Final Notices. By choosing the “Final Notice” or “Second Notice” feature, you can automatically draft up a note to your client to ensure they are aware they have outstanding invoices. Below is a sample letter:
SOP Black Picking Ticket/Packing Slip Bin Sequence Template
Each GP user can now print their Picking Ticket or Packing Slip directly to their printer. By selecting “Print Separate Picking Ticket per site,” or “Print Separate Packing Slip,” you can ensure that the system prints a document for each site plus an additional document that combines all the sites. This small feature will help each user when they require printed templates.
