Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Dynamics GP has been released. If you are considering an implementation or upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics GP this is an excellent reason to do so. This service pack doesn't just include a few fixes it includes major functionality enhancements including the release of the web client for almost all of the modules including the manufacturing modules. Field Service, Project Accounting and Fixed Assets are also now all available via the web client.
This means that as of today almost any Microsoft Dynamics GP deployment can be handled with the web client. This drastically reduces the need to use Terminal Services or Citrix for a Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation. Therefore, the Dynamics GP footprint is lighter and less costly to maintain. It also provides many deployment options and continues to show Microsoft's dedication to supporting Dynamics GP in the cloud.
