By now, it’s well-known that Dynamics GP has moved to the Modern Lifecycle model for current users. This is a support model that many Microsoft products are already utilizing.
In making this switch, Microsoft has communicated to Dynamics GP users that it’s committed to the product as well as providing ample support for customers and partners.
But what does this actually mean for users? Well, it’s a really promising model. Users are now guaranteed to receive an annual feature update in October, as well as mid-year and year-end updates to ensure smooth usability. Moreover, there is no current end date for this support, so users can rest assured that they will receive technical support indefinitely.
It is important to note that these benefits can only be experienced if users have an updated version of Dynamics GP
