Customize your Emails in Acumatica with Embedded Images

Email notification templates can be created in Acumatica to personalize emails to a user’s liking. One of the seldom used features in this area is the ability to embed links into images and words. Follow the steps below to personalize your emails even further:
First, open a notification template:
Highlight a piece of text and click link under insert:
Under the File from the Web tab, enter your URL into the top field and click insert:
The same can be done for images:
Insert an image into the email template:
Click the image and select link:
Under the File from the Web tab, enter your URL into the top field and click insert:
The next time someone receives your email, clicking that image will take them directly to your website.
