Productivity
Microsoft is working very hard to make sure business productivity is maximized, particularly by linking applications that sales professionals already know how to use and improving them.
CRM App for Outlook – Now Outlook users can create new records directly from Outlook, and can see information regarding sales activities, cases and opportunities for user.
Integrated OneNote and CRM – Now information can be shared even easier amongst salespeople in OneNote, because it will be integrated into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Users can easily create and look at notes including text, photos, voice memos, spreadsheets and free-form drawings included in an account, opportunity or any record.
Conjoined Excel and CRM experience – Now you can perform analysis in Excel from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The time saved by conjoining the two applications has been a lifesaver for salespeople, and can easily complete their work in the sales workflow.
Mobility
The spring release is creating a smooth user experience across all mobile devices, enabling salespeople to bring their work with them.
