Dynamics 365 Sales 2022 Release Wave 1 Overview

Microsoft’s 2022 release wave 1 is bringing users new, exciting features starting in April until September. We wanted to highlight one product in particular so that you can get excited about what to expect in the upcoming months. Today, we are going to take a closer look at Dynamics 365 Sales.

Conversational Intelligence

This new addition gives users a more precise method of capturing and analyzing customer interactions, including automatically transcribing calls. This will become available to the general public in September of this year.

Forecasting and Pipeline Intelligence

Users can have better predictive score accuracy by assigning attributes per sales stage. Also, there are now default experiences that can help streamline users’ forecasting workflows. Users are also able to compare annual projections to actual numbers and progress side by side.

Mobile

Users will have an easier time uploading information to Dynamics 365 Sales by using their phone camera. The mobile app also will now display tasks of priority for the user to keep them vigilant in their work.

Relationship Intelligence

Users will have an easier time establishing and building relationships with customers using predictive analytics, engagement signals, and LinkedIn data.
