Acumatica Rated Highest in Customer Satisfaction by G2 Users

G2, the largest tech platform for user-submitted objective software reviews, has published their Winter 2021 reports. In the Momentum Grid Report for ERP Systems, Acumatica ranked highest in Customer Satisfaction while also taking the #1 spot in eight Momentum, Usability, and Relationship reports in the Accounting, Distribution, ERP Systems, and Project-based ERP categories.
G2’s Momentum Grid assesses Customer Satisfaction scores using “Momentum” and “Satisfaction” scores via an algorithm that takes into account social, web, employee, and review data that is deemed “influential in a company’s momentum,” such as the following:
- Customer satisfaction on product attributes and administration-specific attributes based on user reviews
- Popularity and statistical significance based on the number of reviews received
- Quality and age of received reviews
- Overall customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score based on ratings
Sellers, media investors, and analysts alike use G2 scores to compare ERP systems and identify industry trends. Acumatica’s Satisfaction score of 96 has placed the company ahead of major competitors such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Sage Intacct. In addition to Customer Satisfaction, Acumatica has also maintained the Best Relationship and Best Usability title received last Fall and earned five new badges, including Best Relationship for Mid-Market, Best Relationship for Overall in ERP systems, Easiest to Use, and Best Usability in Project-Based ERP. Acumatica also showed improved Satisfaction rankings in 21 reports.
