- Engage customers in real-time.
- Align marketing messages for each communications channel to maximize impact.
- Reach customers with the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.
As customers engage with a campaign, the customer journey adapts and responds to interactions with relevant content, driving further engagement. This allows campaigns to become more personalized for each individual or customer. A new graphical interface helps create this new orchestration, along with AI-driven recommendations for content, channels, and segmentation.
