If you've been keeping up with our blogs, you will know that we have been highly anticipating the release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Spring Wave Software and luckily for the Microsoft Dynamics family, the wait is almost over. Just yesterday Microsoft released some of its new content for the release and we cannot wait to see what's in store.

With this upcoming update, organizations can schedule, manage and deliver onsite service, whether it be supporting countless customers in a single day or more complex multi-day projects through CRM's service delivery foundation. This upgrade pushes Microsoft CRM ahead of its competitors as there is nothing else quite like it out on the market to support this sort of self-assisted, on-site service.  The official names for the spring wave releases are:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update 1 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Service Pack 1
  • Microsoft Dynamics Marketing 2016 Update 1
  • Microsoft Social Engagement 2016 Update 1.5

If you're an admin, customizer, developer, or end user, Microsoft has come out with resources to help make this release as exciting and informative as possible. To read Microsoft's full release click here.
