Dynamics 365’s 2021 release wave 2 will occur throughout the months between October 2021 and March 2022, and includes updates to a myriad of applications such as marketing, sales, customer service, finance, supply chain management, human resources, and many more. Microsoft’s release wave 2 focuses on AI-driven enhancements for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. There are enhancements to knowledge articles as well as agent experience and productivity when dealing with omnichannel support.
