Microsoft understands this need for constant technological evolution and gives users updated releases of their solutions throughout the year to address the ever changing needs of their users.
Dynamics 365’s 2021 release wave 2 will occur throughout the months between October 2021 and March 2022, and includes updates to a myriad of applications such as marketing, sales, customer service, finance, supply chain management, human resources, and many more. In today’s blog post, we are going to briefly discuss some of the exciting new features users can look forward to in the upcoming months.
Marketing
Providing consumers with personalized experiences is at the heart of marketing today. With the new wave, Dynamics 365 Marketing focuses on giving users the capacity to create individualized journeys for consumers to promote loyalty.
Sales
Microsoft has put an emphasis on increased functionality for Dynamics 365 Sales as well as enhancements to the application’s different modules such as forecasting updates and Sales Navigator to make the sales pipeline more efficient and effective.
Service
Microsoft’s release wave 2 focuses on AI-driven enhancements for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. There are enhancements to knowledge articles as well as agent experience and productivity when dealing with omnichannel support.
