Banking Integration with QAD Enterprise Edition

QAD’s Enterprise Edition applications enables integration with your financial institutions.    Your business can send files to your bank or receive files from your bank.   Outbound files use specific bank drivers (a specific file format) for USA banks.   For example, these bank drivers differ between Wells Fargo and Bank of America.  Outbound files are processed via the eCommerce module.  Inbound files also use the eCommerce module for receiving and passing the file to the appropriate transactional program.   “Process Incoming Bank Files”, a QAD menu program, is used to pass files to programs within the application.  These programs include customer cash payment application, accounts payable check clearing and others.    The table below describes other inbound and outbound bank files and the general method used to for processing.
