Karl Lopker, CEO at QAD, opened up today's Explore conference with an update on QAD's performance, strategic direction and outlook for the future.
Lopker began his presentation with interesting economic statistics and moved on to discuss a customer support approach (i.e. discovery, visions, Q-Scan, Implement). Lopker also included information on alternative investment strategies for customers such as eLearning, Inventory Effectiveness, upgrades and On Demand.
