QAD Training at MWUG Spring 2018

Logan Consulting will be hosting two QAD training sessions following the MWUG Conference this spring in Lombard, IL. The goal of these training workshops is to help users get the most out of their MWUG investment.
Functional QAD Training for the Everyday User
The goal of the functional training is to develop an understanding of the fundamental business concepts related to manufacturing, how these concepts relate to ERP, and specifically how they are handled within QAD Enterprise Applications. The session will first focus on general business processes (e.g. Master Scheduling) to ensure all participants understand the value they provide to the business and best practices for delivering such processes. The training will then drill into detailed concepts and the tools available in ERP / QAD to support the process.
Technical QAD Training- Integration Solutions with QAD QXtend & Dell Boomi
The goal of the training is to provide a broad overview of building state-of-the-art integration solutions using QAD QXtend and Dell Boomi – QAD’s choice for cloud-ready middleware. In the era of the co-existing of cloud solutions and on-premise applications, moving the data among various systems smoothly and transparently is essential to have an efficient enterprise. This session will introduce the building blocks – QXtend and Boomi and show attendees the processes of building the integration solutions.

Training will begin on Tuesday (3/20) at 1:30pm CST at The Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL– immediately following the MWUG closing ceremony and lunch. Training will continue on Wednesday (3/21) from 8:00am CST to 3:00pm CST at The Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL.
