Area of Expertise: ERP Software Selection
Mike has a few areas of expertise here at Logan Consulting. One of his main tasks is to assist companies in creating a strategic information systems plan (SISP). He is a leader in the fields of ERP Software Selection, M&A ERP Integration, and Program Management. In fact, these past few months Mike assisted companies in setting up a PMO (program management office), which is the methodology to manage large scale projects.
Mike says, “My favorite part about my job is working with a diverse set of really bright people- both clients and team members here at Logan.”
