Logan Consulting Internal Training Focus

As a constantly growing and evolving consulting firm, Logan Consulting is constantly adding new resources to its full-time consulting team and is focused on internal team growth. One of the most important pieces of this dynamic is our annual schedule of internal training for our team. This mandatory training is focused on the two major areas below, addressed in bi-weekly team sessions:

1. Methodology Training – At Logan Consulting, we are focused on adherence to our tried and proven application specific Implementation Methodology. Constant reminders of tools and methods keeps our team adherence to our Methodology strong and allows newer consultants to gain knowledge in each phase of our Methodology.
2. Software Specific Training – ERP software is constantly evolving and has a lot of functionality in various process areas. It is difficult to keep up with all new and exiting functionality. As a result, Logan Consulting tasks its Delivery Partners and Senior Consultants with software specific training tasks in each software practice area. Although it is not reasonable to assume all of our consultants can know every piece of software functionality at a detailed level, it is reasonable to assume they can gain a general knowledge to talk intelligently to clients regarding fit and applicability to their business. If required, experts in the functionality can then provide implementation and training knowledge where needed.
