I know everyone didn't get a chance to attend Convergence so I thought I would provide some information and Power Point slides for some of the good sessions. One of the issues that we constantly provide advice on is Microsoft CRM Configuration. Microsoft CRM can be configured to do almost anything. However, most modern systems have a great “App” marketplace and Microsoft CRM is no exception. The slides from this session show the Top Ten Solutions for Microsoft CRM.
It is interesting to note the topics/needs that are of interest including global search, mobility and social CRM. Obviously, I can't show you the demos for each solution, but at least you can get a sense for the top apps for Microsoft CRM.
