Why Switch to Dynamics 365?
There are several new features in Dynamics 365 (D365) that will upgrade your experience from Dynamics AX:
- Cloud Point of Sale (POS) and Retail IT workspace- can perform various tasks on supported laptops, tablets, and phones. These tasks include processing sales transactions, viewing customer orders, managing daily operations and inventory, and viewing role-based reports.
- E-Commerce- With Dynamics 365, you use an online store channel to establish the products, pricing, languages, payment methods, delivery modes, fulfillment centers, and other aspects of the online experience that should be available to your customers.
- D365 app integration using dual-write- Dual-write provides tightly coupled, near-real-time, and bidirectional integration between the Finance and Supply Chain Management apps (ERP) and Customer Engagement apps (CRM). This integration makes Microsoft Dynamics 365 the one-stop shop for all your business solutions.
