After a wait that seems like forever, last week we were finally able to get a taste of what the latest Microsoft CRM system is capable of accomplishing. These new and improved features have been created specifically with the user in mind, and it is something we are very excited about. We won’t completely spoil the surprise, but here is a brief look at what this release has to offer:

– Delve functionality powered by Office Graph
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 is truly the most comprehensive release this product has seen so far.
