With the press of a button, you can order Chinese food directly to your doorstep, post pictures of your night out on the town and operate ERP processes – without ever having to leave the house. While my last point may be less glamorous than the former two, it is probably the most practical and life-saving app you could have for your business. If you haven’t heard of Acumatica’s app for iOS and Android – listen up!

Downloadable for free from Google Play and the Apple App Store, Acumatica enables your team the ability to access Acumatica cloud ERP directly from their own devices. This access will allow your company to save time and increase employee efficiency and involvement.  With the Acumatica mobile app, information is shown in real-time and synchronizes automatically across all platforms, allowing your team the option to access with the device of their choosing.

By using this mobile app, users are also able to integrate Acumatica with features currently available on their phones including (but not limited to) : fingerprint readers, cameras and add on capabilities or “applets” Applets can be developed and customized to fit your unique needs and some are even included straight out of the box. These include:

Approvals: Review and complete approvals with the click of a button

Expense Receipts and Claims: Ability to use the camera on your phone to submit receipts.

Events: Create events within the mobile app and edit them from your customer management suite later.
