Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Update

Microsoft recently announced Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013. Service Pack releases usually are not that exciting, but this one is quite the exception. The typical service pack will fix issues, resolve bugs and offer some mild software enhancements.
However, this service pack release will include the web client for Project Accounting, Manufacturing and Field Service. It is expected to be released in Q4 of 2013. The Dynamics GP development team has a long history of meeting their release dates so expect a nice late fall/early winter present from the Dynamics GP development team.
Another nice feature of this release will be new document attachment features. This functionality enables attached documents on cards to roll down to transactions while also adding the ability to include attached documents in Emails. This can be a great way to send standard contract details or standard language to a client.
