Microsoft CRM Dashboards and Reporting Drives User Acceptance

Posted on: April 19, 2013 | By: Jim Bertler | Microsoft Dynamics CRM

We were working with a client recently and were focused on a goal of driving user acceptance.  As we made improvements and enhancements to the system we received a good response from the users.  However, we knew what would drive the biggest user acceptance and adoption and that was improved Microsoft CRM Reporting.

The reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is excellent and the dashboard capability is no exception.  Once we designed and developed the metrics using the built-in dashboard functionality in Microsoft CRM we saw the difference in the users.

Providing actionable information for the users and their managers allowed the team to focus on the most important issues.  In addition, when pipeline, goals and activity results were posted we saw a healthy competition amongst the sales team.

So if you are looking to improve Microsoft CRM acceptance and adoption be sure to implement the dashboard functionality in Microsoft CRM.  If you have further questions on how we may be able to help your organization feel free to contact Logan Consulting, a Chicago based Microsoft CRM partner.
