Microsoft Announces Microsoft CRM Pricing Changes

Microsoft recently announced new versions and updates to their on-premises and cloud based Microsoft CRM solutions.  Along with the changes to the solution there will be changes to the Microsoft CRM Pricing model.  Today Microsoft CRM Online is a simple $44 per user per month.  While this simplicity is great it can be difficult for companies that have a high number of users who just need occasional access or read-only access.  The simple $44 per user per month approach can really drive up the cost for this licensing need. Therefore, Microsoft is introducing more of a tiered pricing structure for Microsoft CRM Pricing.

One of the big elements of the plan is that there will be no additional charge to access Microsoft CRM on a mobile device (or any other device).  So if you have a Microsoft CRM license you will have access to Microsoft CRM from your desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone all for one price.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Pricing for the on-premises solution will change as well, however Microsoft has not released as much information about these changes.  The only substantive comment was that the new pricing structure would be similar to the Microsoft CRM online structure.
