Once again, Logan Consulting, is returning to the Dynamics User Group Summit conference, this year held in Nashville, TN. Logan Consulting has attended this event for the past few years, and last year sponsored a booth for our Dynamics 365 CRM, AX, and GP teams. Last year’s event was held in Tampa, FL, and was a great experience to learn about new product features, hear from and interact with peers, and understand Microsoft’s new announcements in group settings and from Key Note speakers.

This year in Nashville the event will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, where conference goers will be able to roam the Expo Hall, sit in on break-out room sessions, listen to speakers, as well as eat, stay, and shop.

The conference starts on Tuesday, October 10th, although there are pre-conference training academy classes on Monday and Tuesday morning. These are either full day or half day classes that provide a deep-dive into specific topics like training or technical learning. After checking in, Logan Consulting will be heading to the Summit Partner Exchange, a meeting for partners to learn what’s new in the user group communities.

At 5:00 PM Tuesday, the Expo Hall opens where conference goers can enjoy beverages and hors d’oeuvres while stopping by vendor and exhibitor booths. Logan Consulting will be at Booth 722 so make sure to come say hi, pick up some swag, and enter our raffle.

Wednesday morning, be sure not to miss the D365UG/CRMUG Opening General Session to hear from Param Kahlon, Microsoft GM of Program Management for D365. He will be sharing product updates on the new investments in Microsoft 365 modules. Then, for the next few days of the conference make sure you attend some of the hundreds of breakout sessions being offered to expand your knowledge in a variety of topics. A few of the sessions we are interested in are Rapid Sales Process Design, B2B Social Marketing, and Logic Automation.

On Thursday, the final night of the conference, there will be shuttles heading to downtown Nashville, so gather your team and come meet for an enjoyable night out in the Music City. Hope to see you there!
