When using Dynamics 365 for Sales, notifying your sales partners when there is an update to an opportunity is a great way to keep everyone in the loop about what is happening. It helps win opportunities much quicker. The most straightforward way to do this is by creating a workflow. For this workflow, we will make the criteria that anytime a note is created in an open opportunity, it updates and sends an email to whoever you want it to and in this case, your sales partners.
