Automatically Save All In One Viewer Settings in Dynamics GP

In October of 2021, Microsoft released a series of new features for Dynamics GP with the goal of making the software more usable as well as more efficient. Some of the features came directly from customer suggestions in order to ensure that users’ needs were being not only heard, but actually addressed.
One feature in particular that came from user feedback was the ability to save All in One viewer settings. While this appears to be very simple on the surface, it actually saves users a lot of time because you will no longer have to adjust filters and preferences in the All In One View window every time you launch the software.
Now, settings in this viewer are automatically saved when a user closes out of Dynamics GP, and the settings will be stored on an individual user basis, so it can be completely unique to your needs.
