Email Invoices from Microsoft Dynamics GP!

As a Microsoft Dynamics Chicago Partner we like to cover new and exciting things with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However, sometimes we need to remind people about simple tools that are available across the Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Today is one of those days as we talk about emailing invoices and statements directly from Microsoft Dynamics GP.
In Dynamics GP 2010 Word Forms were introduced. Word Forms and Templates allowed users to utilize the ease of use and power of Microsoft Word to create invoices, statements and other key documents. This feature was welcomed by the Dynamics GP user community as the old Dynamics GP Report Writer is sometimes not the easiest tool to use.
The great new feature that is part of Dynamics GP 2013 is the ability to email these forms. The form can also be password protected if desired. The password can be generated by the system or assigned by the user so that a customer can't change the document.
