I know many of you support Microsoft CRM in a variety of ways. Microsoft recently introduced a new Microsoft CRM support blog. The purpose of the blog is for it to be resource to engineers and Microsoft CRM support resources by providing, knowledge and insight. It is also another great example of Microsoft’s ability and ongoing efforts to build a strong Microsoft CRM community.
