Microsoft CRM Integration

Over the years we have done a fair amount of work with Microsoft CRM integration. We have used a few different tools for the integration, but our primary tool is Scribe Insight from Scribe Software
We have integrated Microsoft CRM to other Microsoft applications such as Dynamics GP as well as to non Microsoft applications. The advantages of the integration is to allow a user to access a single application to gather information and gain insight.
