Microsoft recently released their “Release Wave 1,” where they rolled out several new features and updates to Dynamics 365 Sales to help your business thrive. In this blog, we will cover how these new tools can save your salespeople time and assist them in closing deals.

Sales Qualification Agent

Microsoft has developed a CRM integrated tool to help you stay on top of your most important and pressing tasks.  The sales qualification agent pulls the top five key opportunities to focus on that have high conversion possibilities in the current quarter. This allows salespeople to stay on top of their relationships with the clients. Additionally, this ensures that they are actively working towards their goals.

Easy Engagement

If you choose to engage with a prospective client, the agent can help you by automatically generating a personalized email. The email can pull information from the web, and even include news articles that align with the goal of your company and the prospective client. Additionally, the agent will mention the benefits of the work that your company does. Once you have read over and approved the email, you just have to click send. After, the agent will remind you of your ongoing conversation with the prospective client.

Quick Data Transfer

Now, when you are trying to create a new lead from a variety of sources, entering the data into the CRM has never been easier! By copying either a document or an email with information on the lead, you can add the information to the CRM by using the “SmartPaste” feature. This feature automatically identifies the corresponding details within the CRM, meaning you don’t have to manually transfer this information.
