Community Summit North America brought together tons of Microsoft users and experts last month. The five day summit was an opportunity to learn more about Microsoft’s suite of products, chat with experts, and network with other users. 1. Highlights of The Newest AI features
Summit gave users an awesome opportunity to explore how the ERP uses embedded AI features. Additionally, it was a chance to hear about the new tools that are coming. Microsoft has ensured to update Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with cutting-edge AI technology. These updates have especially been centered around Copilot, embedded analytics, and AI-generated insights. Attendees saw live demos on how these new tools reduce manual work, highlight key data, and streamline financial and operational processes.
2. Best Practices Shared By Real Users
This year, Dynamics Community focused on helping users learn from other organizations’ real implementation stories. Sessions focused on practical tips that could directly maximize ROI, improve data accuracy, and simplify integrations. The presentations helped Dynamics users walk away from the summit with actionable insights to apply to their work immediately.
3. What’s Coming to Microsoft Business Central
Summit also offered opportunities to learn much more about upcoming new features, release timelines, and long-term product strategy.
