What You Missed At Acumatica Summit: Day 1

Last week, Acumatica held their annual summit where they rolled out tons of new features and touched on the improved elements to their ERP. The three-day event was full of networking opportunities, info sessions, and keynote speakers! If you couldn’t make it to the summit this year, this blog will provide you with a run down of the day one keynote speech.
Introduction- Growing Ecosystems
The keynote started with a rundown of Acumatica’s developments and successes since the last summit, delivered by Acumatica CEO John Case. One of the most exciting developments in the past year has been Acumatica’s expanded integration with third-party partners. This includes ADP, Shopify, and Bill, all to strengthen the ERP. Case focused on how Acumatica has consistently improved the business value of their product, across the board.
AI Vision- “AI that works for you”
Next, speakers focused on how AI has been enveloped by Acumatica. AI within Acumatica can be thought of as your digital coworker, with the ability to both give you insights and generate solutions. A short demo displayed how users can chat directly with Acumatica’s AI. Users can now have the ability to ask questions and generate charts with just a click of a button.
Acumatica Community and Acumaticares
Acumatica next focused on the importance and strength of their community. They highlighted user groups, where Acumatica users and employees meet together to learn more about their ERP. Additionally, Acumatica emphasized the importance of customer events, including Acumatica Summit and customer days around the world. Also, check out Acumatica Community website, where you can learn more information about the software and make suggestions for new features.
Then, Acumatica highlighted some of the ways that they have given back to the community over the past year. This includes two college scholarships to female STEM students and specific women in tech luncheon at the summit. Throughout the keynote, we heard directly from two Acumatica customers about how Acumatica has improved their business.
