Newest Updates to Dynamics CRM: Customer Service
Posted on: May 31, 2024 | By: Page Wildridge | Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has released their newest updates in their first of two wave releases of 2024. In the latest release, Microsoft has increased the usability of the CRM with new features and improvements to the old ones. In this blog, we will cover the best updates to the CRM’s customer service functionalities.

Quick Save Feature
Now, you can save your notes in the CRM with Command+S! The action no longer causes a full form refresh, so you can save your work within Dynamics the same way you save other apps on your computer. You no longer have to navigate to the command bar to click “Save” or “Save and Close”, so you can stay productive by using the keyboard shortcut.
Enhanced Recipient Handling
Your email sending experience is now improved by Microsoft’s newest features. You can drag and drop recipients within the To, BCC, and CC fields. Additionally, you can view a recipient’s automatic response before you even press send, allowing you to anticipate out of office delays. You can also view the recipient’s presence status, which will give you an idea of their availability.
Draft Emails with CoPilot
You can leverage the power of Microsoft AI assistant, Copilot, to help you draft and edit your emails. With a single click, you can generate responses to emails. Alternatively, you can use the AI as a helpful sidebar to the email you are already working on. This helpful feature will help you save time and assist you in writing detailed responses.
