Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Implementation and Architecture

The latest release of Microsoft Dynamics GP called Microsoft Dynamics 2013 was released in December of 2012.  Logan Consulting has already led a Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 implementation and has more in the works.

One of the big questions that we receive when a new release comes around has to do with architecture and overall system design.  Especially given the fact that Dynamics GP 2013 included new architectural advantages like a web client and support for multiple databases a refresh and update of the GP 2013 architecture seems to be in order.

Fortunately, Microsoft has produced a comprehensive document that summarizes the key elements.  You can find the document here.

As you consider your implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP it is important that you keep the architecture and system design in mind including database design and cloud vs. on-premises.  Feel free to contact us to discuss and review your Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation.
