How to Understand Acumatica's Pricing Structure
Posted on: October 15, 2015 | By: Craig Thompson | Acumatica
Acumatica is a leading provider of ERP and Accounting software in the cloud, and delivers a full range of business management applications for a variety of organizations. Acumatica has the ability to grow your small to mid-size business to full potential – yet even with great features, the top of mind question is usually “how much does this product cost?”
Companies must stay on budget while still utilizing tools within the marketplace that will help them excel, which is why Acumatica's flexible pricing schedule works so well for so many businesses. Basically, Acumatica pricing is broken down in two general ways : Deployment and Edition
Acumatica pricing first depends on where you would like your ERP stored. Storage options include:
Software as a service includes a subscription licence for your ERP to be hosted in Amazon Web Services public cloud.
Private Cloud Subscription (PCS):
With private cloud subscription you have the ability to host your Acumatica subscription licence with the hosting provider of your choice, in a private cloud.
Private Cloud Perpetual (PCP):
A one time Acumatica licence that can be deployed on your premise or in a hosted private cloud.
After choosing your deployment method, understanding editions is simple. Basically, the more advanced the edition, the higher the price. A brief overview of Acumatica editions include:
With standard edition you receive standard financial capabilities for up to three entities. Add-ons such as customer management and standard distribution can be purchased as well.
Advanced edition includes advanced financials and business process monitoring for up to 10 entities. Some additional add-ons include inter-company accounting, advanced distribution and customer portals.
With enterprise edition you get it all, advanced financials for up to 20 entities and dozens of additional add-ons.
All in all, the price of Acumatica is up to you, depending on your business, price range and need for capabilities. For an estimation on Acumatica pricing, contact Logan Consulting, your Chicago based Acumatica partners.
