Acumatica pricing first depends on where you would like your ERP stored. Storage options include:

SaaS: 

Software as a service includes a subscription licence for your ERP to be hosted in Amazon Web Services public cloud. 

Private Cloud Subscription (PCS):  

With private cloud subscription you have the ability to host your Acumatica subscription licence with the hosting provider of your choice, in a private cloud.

Private Cloud Perpetual (PCP): 

A one time Acumatica licence that can be deployed on your premise or in a hosted private cloud. 

After choosing your deployment method, understanding editions is simple. Basically, the more advanced the edition, the higher the price. A brief overview of Acumatica editions include:

Standard Edition:

With standard edition you receive standard financial capabilities for up to three entities. Add-ons such as customer management and standard distribution can be purchased as well. 

Advanced Edition:

Advanced edition includes advanced financials and business process monitoring for up to 10 entities. Some additional add-ons include inter-company accounting, advanced distribution and customer portals.

Enterprise Edition:

With enterprise edition you get it all, advanced financials for up to 20 entities and dozens of additional add-ons.
