With Acumatica’s anomaly detection, you can set up specific queries to customize your requests. This helps you quickly understand an error in your data or a specific pain point of your business. Generating Closure Notes

To solve this, Acumatica has added a new “Generate Closure Notes” button. Now, with just one click, the ERP will update your closure notes with full details about the work that you completed. Additionally, with the “AI Prompt Editor,” you can alter the format, prompt, and items included in your notes that AI should extract from your support cases.
AI Assistant
With Acumatica’s new AI assistant, you can ask the chatbot directly about issues you are facing and uncover answers instantly. This includes data collection, scheduling of shipments, and more. For example, you could ask the assistant about individual products and their shipping dates. This includes earliest and latest that they can be sent out. The system will scan for missing products and other issues that shipping could face so you know the status of your shipments. Additionally, you can ask the ERP about your inventory, and you will be presented with charts and data results to best understand your products.
