CORRECTED DATE: Worldwide Convergence Set for March 2012 in Houston

Given the growth of Microsoft, particularly with larger and multinational customers, they have decided not to hold Convergence Europe 2011 and instead plan a Worldwide Convergence event to be held in Houston from March 18th to 21st, 2012. The decision was made after a healthy discussion of all the options: to continue the European event in a roadshow fashion, to move to one big event as they have done in the past, or to consider not having the European event this year and potentially moving it to every other year.
