A Closer Look at Acumatica's New Full-Text Universal Search

Acumatica, a leading Cloud ERP player has delivered a number of new features in their latest 5.0 release. One of the features we really like is Universal Search.  It may seem like an obvious feature, but most ERP solutions don't have a way to search the entire system for a piece of information or even a particular screen in the system.   

Many companies focus on entering data, but we think the real value of an ERP system is finding the information you need.  ERP systems hold a ton of information including files, customer records, timesheets, invoices, receipts, expenses and more. These files are extremely important and should be available to you at the click of a button, or even better – what if they were searchable items in your database? Good news – they are now searchable!   

Acumatica 5.0 has a new full-text universal search enabling you to track down archives, documents, articles and the sitemap from one search box to get you answers faster.
