What’s New in Sales? Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Posted on: April 15, 2025 | By: Page Wildridge | Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft recently released its “Release Wave 1,” in which they rolled out tons of new features and improvements across its CRM. These improvements include developments to Dynamics 365 Sales, as well as to its customer service module. In this blog, we will cover how these new features can help your business boost your customer service offerings.

Sentiment Score
Immediately view the tone of your client’s responses with Copilot’s newest feature, sentiment indicator analysis. These scores will be updated on your dashboard view, so you can quickly scan responses to see which client needs the most support. With this new feature, you can improve your customer response and ensure that you properly stay on top of your transactions.
Email Templates
As AI develops, so does Microsoft’s Copilot. Stay on top of your daily emails with Microsoft’s newest email templates that are automatically suggested based on email content and thread intent. Simply enter a prompt for the template that you need, and Copilot will generate the email response for you. After this email has been generated, you can change the content or select a different template entirely. This feature ensures that your business cuts down on response times from your service representatives.
Customer Service App Redesigned
Microsoft’s Customer Service workspace has received a full redesign for a more straightforward and cleaner user interface. This refresh to the Customer Service workspace gives the app a whole new look, while delivering the same great features and functionalities. Now, voice controls have been redesigned to help users operate controls more efficiently. Additionally, the whole UI is cleaner and faster, allowing the application to meet the needs of service representatives.
