The Opportunity

This client had already been using Acumatica, but they were not harnessing the full potential of the software. They weren’t properly utilizing Acumatica CRM, and they were also experiencing issues with calculations regarding invoices, so they wanted proper training in navigating the platform. Moreover, the client was interested in implementing ACH (direct deposit) through Acumatica. Also, they had previously purchased the expense module in Acumatica, but they weren’t using it.


The Logan Solution

Finally, Logan assisted the client by answering questions regarding any problems that popped up, and we ultimately assisted them in finding a third party solution they could integrate into Acumatica to help optimize cash collection.


The client saw an increase in efficiency when it came to submitting expense receipts and receiving approval. They were also able to reconcile credit card transactions with greater accuracy by using Acumatica properly. The client also was able to pay vendors at a much faster rate after implementing direct deposit.
