Logan Consulting is the longest-standing QAD Alliance services partner, having joined the partner program in 1993 and continuing to this day with various QAD versions from MFG/PRO through SE, EE, AUX and now O3. At a time when QAD did not have its own consulting group, Logan Consulting agreed to partner with QAD to provide QAD consulting services to QAD customers, providing these customers with professional Big-5 level implementation consulting services.

Since 1993, Logan Consulting has built a solid reputation in the QAD space thanks in large part to the dedication of our clients and people. We have developed a wide breadth of experience across all industries where QAD offerings are a logical fit. We have helped our clients successfully complete hundreds of projects locally, nationally and world-wide.
Our company is different with an independent approach. Business process expertise, deep industry experience and in-depth product knowledge make us qualified to help QAD customers. We help maximize the value they gain from their QAD investment while at the same time minimizing risk.

Since we do not resell QAD software, we can objectively look at how QAD best fits your business and which version makes the most sense. Our experience and expertise lies inside as well as outside the QAD space. We can look at your entire business from a business process lens versus a software package lens. This becomes particularly important as your business and business processes stretch beyond your QAD solution. It also puts us in a position to objectively advise you on appropriate modules, functionality, bolt-on packages and other utilities.

Our People:
We focus on hiring, training and retaining resources with QAD and industry experience. Our team of 25+ consulting professionals has vast experience helping QAD customers navigate the various QAD versions from MFG/PRO through SE, EE, AUX and now O3. Though consulting organizations often experience high turnover, we pride ourselves on the fact that our staff’s average tenure is over 7 years. These unique factors allow our clients to extract more value from their QAD implementation projects on an accelerated but prudent timeline.
Our Methodology and Tools:
Through our years of experience with QAD implementations, we have developed a customized methodology and tools geared specifically towards implementing QAD ERP. Our proprietary methodology has proven successful in generating value for our clients and is supported by internally developed, web-based project management tools. These tools not only supports project management best practices, they also contain a repository of hundreds of process and procedure best-practice templates already tailored to QAD.
