This session offers some experiences and recommendations to balance the quality and readiness for the future state solution with the other three project management pillars.  There will also be an opportunity to review and discuss one or two real-world situations from the audience.

Lassonde Pappas was running a heavily customized version of QAD’s 2008 SE that was beginning to impede the company’s ability to grow per its strategic plans.
