In this session we will explore how one of Logan Consulting’s clients uses cost categories and routes to apply fixed and variable production costs to their finished good inventory. The client also worked with Logan Consulting on a customization to use ‘activity types’ to categorize their different process to account for each activity that can add cost to inventory. This allows the client to dive into the details for margin analysis. Logan Consulting and their client will explain how they worked together to handle the requirements around internal/external production processing and costing.
