Shelton King
Shelton King is a Partner in the QAD Practice after joining Logan Consulting in 2011. His primary expertise is engineering improved process changes in planning, manufacturing, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control areas of his clients. Shelton has been involved in multiple end to end ERP implementations at all phases of the Logan Methodology process including the initial assessment and scoping, architectural design, and all the way through testing and launch phases. His client roster includes companies from automotive, aerospace, industrial, medical device, transportation, and food processing industries.
Prior to Logan Consulting Shelton worked as Director of IT for a multi-site, multi-national manufacturer of Shopping Carts/Trolleys. He holds a Bachelors of Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Shelton has been asked to speak at various conferences and user group organizations across the country covering such topics that include software training, leadership principles, client/project success, and collaborative engagements. His leadership responsibilities at Logan Consulting include client assessments/sales support, process design, software architecture, project quality control, and continuous improvement activities.
