QAD

QAD (older versions through latest versions)

Our team helps our clients assess the ever-changing QAD landscape across the various QAD versions and deploy solutions that make business sense. We help our clients plan and implement the QAD enterprise software with a focus on supporting the business and achieving business success and positive return on investment. We also help clients with upgrades, assessments and other consulting needs.

Acumatica

Acumatica Consultants

We support our Acumatica clients with both software and services. Acumatica is a full-featured ERP and accounting solution designed to run on any browser or device, anytime, anywhere.
Our consultants participate in both the Acumatica “Badge” training and certification program as well as a Logan Consulting proprietary ERP certification program which focuses on Acumatica process design, proper configuration, project management, data management, change management and appropriate testing.

Project Management

Our Project Managers plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Such projects range from highly-involved implementations to systems assessments.

Change Management

Change Management is an integral part of the success of any implementation project. We employ our 9-step framework during client engagements to ensure change is driven and managed in a positive manner.

Cybersecurity

Our team understands and values cybersecurity expertise, both from an overall perspective and more specifically in how cybersecurity impacts our projects.
