John Polich
John Polich is the leader for the Project Management Practice and Change Management services for Logan Consulting. Over the past twelve years, he has been leading successful multi-site, enterprise wide and international implementations of QAD, Epicor and SAP. Before that, John was focused on consulting, project management and sales for several years utilizing ERP and other technology applications. Originally, his career started in the manufacturing industry engaged in various functional, management and director level roles.
During John’s career, he has gained expertise in leadership, management and consulting of ERP and other software engagements, projects and programs. Additionally, he has acquired diverse experience working with various types of organizations including manufacturing, service, technology, distribution and startup companies.
John’s wide-ranging experience has involved extensive interaction with people and teams from all organizational levels and backgrounds. He has repeatedly been a trusted advisor for numerous executive teams, managers and project teams including operational, financial and administrative personnel. Based on this, John has a deep understanding of change management including some unique initiatives to help prepare people for significant business improvements.
John also has a degree from the University of Michigan focused on business, communication and sociology and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2011.
